Since 2000, we’ve hosted families and organizations for parties and events. The venue offers a warm, private setting, with the flexibility to choose your own caterer, or we can recommend one.
All About Us
The Arts Annex has been involved in so many beautiful celebrations. Our unique venue offers everything needed to create your perfect event - a charming setting for your party, no matter how simple or elaborate your plans. The hall is an elegant and affordable alternative for family gatherings, parties, music recitals and reunions. Catering packages are available through the Annex or you may choose to make your own catering arrangements. Liquor and bartenders are also available upon request.
The first floor is an event hall and banquet facility to host your special occasion. Its spiral staircase, stained glass skylight, original beamed and tin ceilings, fireplace and French doors open to your guests an intimate and inviting atmosphere.
The second floor, approximately 4,500 sq feet, includes two studios, and is home to Generations Dance, a program for talented and committed ballet and modern dance students, generationsdance.com.
The Arts Annex, built in 1926 served as home to the Elks BPOE Lodge #1488 for more than 75 years, from 1926 through 2000. The building was purchased in 2002, then restored to its original beauty.

The Arts Annex venue offers everything you’ll need to create an event to enjoy and remember -- a delightful setting for your affair. We have all the ingredients required to make your party a sure success.
Hall features:
Large entrance, fireplace, French doors, chestnut molding, beamed ceilings, tin ceilings, stained glass skylight
- twelve 60" round tables, seats 8 per table
- 25 foot bar area which seats 25 can be sectioned from the dining area, with refrigeration.
- large commercial kitchen for catering assembly or warming, with refrigeration.
Rental pricing:
Weekday morning $450
Saturday morning $550
Weekend evening $750
Sunday $600
A security deposit, equal to half of the hall fee is also required.
The Arts Annex does not have a liquor license and offers rental only. Renters and their guests must adhere to NJ Alcohol Beverage Control regulations.
Note: If date is cancelled, refund of deposit will be made only if the Annex has an alternate party on that date. Refund are made after date of cancelled affair.
